Members confirm their Emirates ID before posting or making an offer, every ad is checked by our team before it goes live, and a seller's number is only shared once they accept an offer. Buyers and sellers meet at public spots or arrange pickup — Swapzy never holds their money.

Swapzy also buys devices at the customer's door through Trade In, and sells its own team-checked phones as Swapzy Certified. The whole site works in English and Arabic.
