Terms of use

Swapzy connects people and shops in the UAE who want to buy, sell or swap electronics. Sales between members are agreed directly between the buyer and the seller; Swapzy is not the seller and does not hold the money.

Trade In is different: there, Swapzy itself buys your device at your door.

You must be 18 or over and give true details. One account per person or shop. Keep your password private.

Before posting or making offers, members pass an Emirates ID check and shops pass a trade licence check, both reviewed by our team.

Only list devices you own and have the right to sell, with real photos, an honest grade and the correct IMEI or serial number.

Not allowed: stolen, counterfeit, blocked or financed devices you don't own outright, and anything illegal in the UAE.

Every listing is reviewed before it goes live. We can reject, pause or remove listings and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Grades and hardware checks are declared by the seller. Swapzy does not inspect devices sold between members.

Offers must be between 80% and 100% of the asking price. A seller's number and chat open only after the seller accepts your offer.

Meet in a public place, check the device and its IMEI/serial, and never pay before you've inspected it.

The online price is an estimate. Our inspector makes the final offer after checking the device, and you can say no.

Trade In is for consumers selling their own personal devices. You must prove ownership, sign out of all accounts and reset the device.

Boosts: Featured AED 29 for 7 days, Bump to top AED 12, Urgent badge AED 19 for 7 days. One-off payments.

Verified shops can have 5 live ads for free. Store Pro gives unlimited ads and 4 boosts a month for AED 299 a month by card, renewing monthly until you cancel, or paid up front: AED 1,495 for 6 months or AED 2,990 for 12 months by bank transfer, cash or crypto.

When Store Pro ends, your newest 5 ads stay live and the rest are paused until you go Pro again. Unused monthly boosts don't roll over.

Prices are in AED. Refunds follow our refund policy.

No scams, fake listings, spam, harassment, or asking members for fees outside Swapzy. Report anything suspicious from the listing page.

We work hard to keep Swapzy safe, but we can't guarantee every member or device. As far as UAE law allows, Swapzy is not responsible for losses from deals between members. Nothing here limits rights you have under UAE consumer law.
